Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and plans may need to change.

However, to respect the time of both our clients and our therapists we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment value. Same day cancellations and no shows will be charged 100% of the treatment value.
